Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! And an especially happy one to our randomly selected, lucky winner who goes by the name of… Oona (who will likely celebrate tonight with dinner at “a lovely vegan restaurant”). Congrats Oona!

Since my hubby works in the resturant industry, we ourselves do not get to celebrate V-day. Therefore, I get to put all of my efforts in to my 2 kiddos!! This year we made monster “mailboxes” inspired by pinterest. They have teeth, googly eyes and hearts for spots.

For my single gal Valentine’s Day I’m hoping to grab a yoga class after work and then swing by my favorite bakery for one of their Valentine cupcakes. But the really exciting part is the half-price candy at the store the next day! Everyone knows the best part about holidays is the cheap candy the day after.
